The story behind

TIPALTI

TIPALTI Solutions Ltd., known as the TIPALTI brand, is an Israeli software and computing services company specializing in automating financial department processes and providing advanced tools for financial managers in organizations. The company focuses on automating an organization’s payment processes: receiving invoices submitted to the organization by its suppliers (sometimes spread across many countries with different regulatory frameworks), routing them according to user-defined rules to entities in the organization responsible for approving these invoices (such as checking invoice compliance with procurement instructions), and transferring them to the organization’s financial information system for payment.

The company’s previous offices were located in Kibbutz Galil-Yam, in a rural and green atmosphere. After a large recruitment drive and the hiring of new employees, TIPALTI decided to move its offices to a new building in the “Golf-Kitan” complex in Ramat HaChayal, to an urban and innovative atmosphere. The project spans six floors of the building totaling approximately 7,000 square meters, including a roof floor and an entrance lobby. The lower part of the building includes a commercial floor. The project is located in the heart of the neighborhood, within a complex that includes residences, commerce, and offices.

The project features five typical floors, including “Open Space” areas and meeting rooms, lounges, and a rooftop cafeteria. The company encourages communal seating without individual offices for all its employees. The first floor includes the main cafeteria and a large terrace used by the company for events, conferences, and shared learning.

The project was designed by designer Sivan Aniv from “Gindi Studio”. The design of the project is clean but with vegetation, art, and graphics that enhance the space. Decorative flooring and SPC parquet were installed in the “Open Space” areas, with framing work and greenery across the floor’s width. Impressive lighting fixtures were specially designed for this project, as well as carpentry and artisan frames that were carefully planned and tailored to the company’s requirements and character.

The Yaniv Engineering team congratulates TIPALTI on their move to the new complex, and we are delighted to have had the opportunity to build their new home in Tel Aviv to their satisfaction and in the unique way they see the work process in the office.
