Mondy.com, known for its English name monday.com, is an Israeli software company that develops web and mobile applications for team and project management. On June 10, 2021, it was listed on the NASDAQ with a market value of $6.8 billion.

The company’s offices were previously located in the Sunol Building, a relatively old and outdated building with small offices. After significant breakthroughs and tremendous growth, it was decided to relocate the company’s offices to the Rubinsteins Towers, located at 6 Yitzhak Sadeh Street, very close to the Sunol Building.

The project spans 15 floors in the upper part of the tower, covering an area of approximately 17,000 square meters. The project was planned and designed by architect Roy David.

The project was designed with a highly unique concept, with each floor significantly different from the others in terms of design style, such as Mexican, Norwegian, Japanese, etc.

Each floor features 2 cafeterias, restroom facilities, open workspaces, meeting rooms, and phone booths. Each floor is implemented with acoustic claddings, flooring, and unique ceilings tailored to that specific floor.

The project also includes 2 floors with kitchenettes and dining rooms, a spa floor, a floor with a cafeteria and play area for employees’ children, and a floor with workshops (carpentry, metalworking, electrical).

The team at Yaniv Engineering congratulates monday.com on their move to the new offices and is pleased to have had the opportunity to build their new and very special home.
