AudioCodes

AudioCodes Ltd. is an Israeli technology company specializing in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of products for voice and data transfer in communication networks, enabling telephony companies to build communication networks based on Internet protocol. AudioCodes is a publicly traded company, and its stocks are traded on the NASDAQ and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. AudioCodes was founded in 1993 by Shabtai Adlersberg and Leon Bialik.

In recent years, the company’s offices were located in Airport City, and after the completion of the period there, they decided to build new offices in the New Pleasant Park located at the Mesubim Interchange. The project spans over the top 4 floors of the building, each floor covering 2,500 square meters, with a total project area of 10,000 square meters. The project is situated in New Pleasant Park, a new business park located in the heart of the center, including office buildings, shops, and a future hotel.

The project was executed in three stages. Initially, a large number of specialized laboratories and server rooms were built, followed by the delivery of the four floors in two more stages. The floors include “Open Space” areas, meeting rooms, lounge areas, vertical cafeterias, and training rooms. Each floor has three balconies for the comfort of the employees.

Additionally, a spiral staircase was constructed to connect the four floors. The construction process of the staircase was complex but resulted in an amazing outcome.

The project was designed by designers Lindzi Patel and Yifat Cohen Fishman from “Gindi Studio.” The design of the project was characterized by clean lines with black stripe elements recurring in various aspects of the project. Resin flooring was installed on the floors, combined with carpets and terrazzo flooring, special frame elements, and impressive lighting fixtures designed specifically for the project.

Throughout the project, adjustments were made for the client, and its implementation was carried out close to the “Iron Clad” war, so our company had to make many adjustments and changes in order to complete the project professionally and with the best quality despite the challenging conditions we faced.

The Yaniv Engineering team welcomes AudioCodes to their new facility, and we are pleased with the results. We wish them continued fruitful work and enjoyment of the new offices built for them.
