The story behind

“Taldor” offices project in Azrieli Center in Holon are on floors 5 – 6, and covering a total area of 7000 square meters. We undertook to complete the project within three and a half months, in order to enable the evacuation of the old building in Petah Tikva. An open space areas, a management area with a large density of closed offices, and a communications and security area characterize the project.
Taldor Company provides services to government offices, so it was required to protect the rooms that were defined at a high classification level, with tin plates in a width of 5mm on both sides of the partition. The work was carried out by a large team of locksmiths, including suction system for the evacuation of smoke during the welding work outside of the building. In the communications hall , an area of 300 square meters on the sixth floor, we reinforced the concrete floor in order to allow the floor to be loaded with communication cabinets. The implementation included planning, production and installation in a period of one month only, in order to enable other professionals to conduct their work and to deliver the communications room before the rest of the project. In addition, we sawed the precast floor in order to create a staircase that would connect the two floors without exiting to the public areas. Next to the stairs, we built a heavy construction to support the portable acoustic floor-ceiling partitions in the training rooms. The project included long hard work, including work during nights and holidays. In the last month of the project, we worked on a 24/7 basis to complete all the tasks on time, with an average of 140 employees at almost any given time. The logistics in the building were very complex. In order to bring into the floor long elements, we were forced to dismantle curtain walls and assemble them back upon the completion of the project.
